Position Overview

We are seeking a Learning Facilitator to support students in grades 7th–12th as they work toward high school completion, career readiness, and personal growth. The ideal candidate will bring compassion, creativity, and experience working with alternative education populations, especially youth from transient families and foster care systems.

This role involves guiding students through individualized academic plans, collaborating with caseworkers and families, and helping each learner develop confidence and purpose.
