Founded in 2020 by Nicole Hartley, 2nd Street Learning was built on a simple but powerful belief:


Children learn best when they are engaged in real-world projects and empowered to lead within their communities.


Our innovative program partners with virtual learners in public and charter schools, personalizing each student’s journey through a blend of project- and place-based learning. By connecting academics to meaningful, local experiences, students strengthen their critical thinking, grow as leaders, and discover how their voice can make a real impact.
